1. Due to the fact that most flexible circuit boards are made of roll materials, and double-sided FPCs with through holes cannot be processed using RTR technology, it is necessary to perform sheet cutting on the materials.

2. Generally speaking, the material of flexible circuit boards is very thin and therefore very fragile. Special attention should be paid to protecting the materials when cutting.

3. If the amount of material is small, manual cutting is required. If the quantity is large, an automatic slicer is needed for cutting.

4. If the materials are properly opened, it is necessary to use equipment to automatically stack them neatly, in order to effectively reduce the occurrence of dents, creases, and folds.

5. If it is stacked by hand, gloves that are not prone to fiber shedding, preferably latex gloves, should be used to prevent surface contamination of the material.

6. If the material cut during processing is copper-clad laminate, it is also necessary to pay attention to the rolling direction of the rolled copper.

7. In pre production design or subsequent processing, the cutting frame cannot be used as the positioning reference for the subsequent process.
