Job Responsibilities:

1. Gather new client information, initiate communication, and develop new business opportunities;

2. Effectively communicate with clients via phone or online to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets;

4. Regularly meet with partner clients to foster strong, long-term cooperative relationships.


Basic Requirements:

Qualifications:

I. Basic Requirements:

Passionate about work, willing to challenge oneself and pursue high compensation; capable of enduring hardship, diligent and pragmatic; proactive with strong teamwork spirit; highly executable and able to withstand significant work pressure.


II. Education and Major Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, or related fields. Open to all genders; recent graduates are welcome.


III. Professional Competencies:

1. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; ability to draft business correspondence fluently and communicate effectively orally;

2. Understanding of foreign trade processes, including end-to-end procedures from client acquisition to final documentation and tax refunds; strong learning aptitude.


IV. Experience Requirements:

Preference given to candidates with international trade experience and Alibaba platform operation expertise.


Job Description:

1. Utilize online platforms to expand overseas markets, identify and track international clients, organize and respond to inquiries, conduct follow-up activities, and collaborate with overseas companies to develop business;

2. Stay updated on market trends, maintain company websites and platform backend data, and manage new product launches;

3. Maintain effective communication with clients, nurture existing customer relationships, and oversee product promotion and sales in international markets;

4. Understand client needs, proactively seek opportunities, and fulfill tasks assigned by superiors;

5. Gather business intelligence, monitor market trends, and promptly report market conditions to management;

6. Proactively coordinate with production departments to ensure timely export of goods.


V. Compensation:

Monthly Salary: Base salary of 3,500 RMB + 3-5% commission. Includes five social insurances. Preferential terms offered for candidates with relevant experience.

2 Quality Supervisors

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall planning, establishment, decision-making, monitoring, and service delivery of the company's Quality Department to ensure the effective operation of the quality management system;

1. Lead the introduction of high-quality suppliers, manage supplier evaluations and performance assessments, and establish a comprehensive supplier quality management system;

2. Manage quality control for PCB and LED finished modules during production; collaborate with the Engineering Department on process improvements and quality inspections;

3. Develop corresponding inspection work instructions based on material specifications, product requirements, and job roles;

4. Establish quality inspection standards for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods; conduct regular equipment inspections;

5. Analyze and confirm quality anomalies, implement and track corrective actions to ensure effective product quality control. Prepare work summaries.


Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of cross-departmental experience in the PCB industry, with at least 1 year in quality management roles;

2. Extensive expertise in evaluating finished product appearance and defects; ability to interpret drawings and operate standard measuring instruments;

3. Expertise in quality management system operations, familiarity with TS16949 and application of the Five Tools; thorough understanding of printed circuit board (PCB) fundamentals, product terminology, manufacturing processes, and processing techniques;

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear thinking, and meticulous attention to detail;

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle unexpected incidents.


2 Electronics Engineers

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing and developing hardware circuit boards and logic circuits for products; assist with PCB design and prototype board manufacturing;

2. Complete overall project solutions, component selection, schematic design, debugging, testing, maintenance, and optimization, while ensuring design quality;

3. Familiar with LED lighting production processes, product R&D workflows, and design specifications; understand major technical standards such as ERP, Energy Star, SAA, UL, and 3C;

4. Timely prepare documentation and standardized materials; compile BOM lists and specifications, arrange prototyping, and coordinate with production;

5. Train and guide production technicians in manufacturing company hardware products.


Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field;

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in LED lighting industry;

3. Capable of independent product development with deep understanding of LED fixture structural design, process control, and cost analysis;

4. Proficient in Pro/E, AutoCAD, Tracepro/EFD, and other office software; capable of drafting;

5. Familiar with export requirements for LED lighting fixtures, including export certifications and specification documentation;

6. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and communication skills, humble and diligent.

Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day
