The outermost layer is made of copper foil, which is heated and pressed to form a plate-like composite material; The advantage is that it can be stored for a long time of 12 months, suitable for contact opening design and gold wire binding, and suitable for point testing; But the cost is relatively high, and there are also issues with surface uniformity; More attention should also be paid to design;
